License Fees & Cost

The Helios Calendar license fee is $149 USD, and includes:

• A perpetual (life-time) License for one (1) installation of Helios Calendar.
• A one (1) year subscription for Upgrades & Support.*

Helios Calendar licenses do not expire and permit use of your licensed version of Helios Calendar indefinately. Upgrades & Support subscriptions expire after one (1) year.

About Upgrades & Support Subscriptions

Your Upgrades & Support subscription allows you to:

• Keep your Helios Calendar up-to-date with 24-7 access to upgrades & new releases.
• Submit priority support tickets directly to Refresh developers for fast & professional support for all your Helios Calendar needs.

Subscriptions can be renewed for one (1) additional year anytime within 90 days of expiration, or after they have expired. Subscription renewal fees are:

• $49 USD for active subscriptions.
• $99 USD for expired subscriptions.

Subscriptions can be managed within your Refresh member account.

Education/Non-Profit Purchases

A discount of 15% is available to education and not-for-profit organizations.** To receive it:

1. Register with the Refresh Members Site
2. Send your Refresh member username, organization name and documentation verifying non-profit/education status
3. Discount confirmation will be sent via email
4. Place your order, saving 15%!

Bulk License Purchases

A discount of 10% is available for license purchase in groups of five (5) Helios Calendar licenses.

Developer - "White Label" Privileges

Extended privileges permitting modification to the Helios Calendar administration console branding (logos/copyrights/etc), is available for an additional fee. Click here for more information.

Payment Services Provided by PayPal

Credit Card processing for Helios Calendar orders is provided by PayPal so you can be sure your order will be safe.

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase Helios Calendar licenses paying via our secure PayPal form. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted without a PayPal account.
